Lesly Takes Responsibility

okay- so you all think i have started this and am now ignoring you all- wrong! So sorry- life has just gotten very hectic lately, it is now 11:20 (Editor's Note: Lesly's comment was posted following a hectic weekend) and this is my computer time(kids finally off)usually I am sleeping by now.
Any way, I appreciate all the b-day wishes- thanks.
We missed you Rosenbergs-but so happy Stephanie has a new found appreciation for my personal favorite fruit ---the pomogranate!

Wishing Robert a very speedy recovery!
Good to see Aunt Corrine, even if so, so brief.
G.G. was in great spirits on turkey day and seemed to really enjoy herself.
This is fun- will not be so long to reply. Lets build our members- we must add: Tia, Sheila, Barry, Robert and Susan...
Till we "blog" again. les

All aboard!!

I love trains. They are so much fun.

We spent last Friday enjoying the model railroad exhibits at Grand Central Station and the Citicorp building. Poppy has lots of work to do on Ethan's O-gauge train set.

Robert's Surgery Successful

Phyllis and Corinne called this afternoon to let us know that Robert's thyroid surgery went very well and he is expected to go home from the hospital tomorrow. He certainly was very cool while we enjoyed dinner last night at Phyliis and Jerry's home.

Corinne's visit will be brief but it was great to have the chance to get the Losow bunch together (sans Tia and Janna). Barry introduced us to Maria who rides a motorcycle; she made a very positive impression on the family--spirited and outgoing. They are living in a house in nearby Baldwin and Barry is in the midst of installing a new bathroom.
